FAQ

Straight answers, including the AI ones

KeyVelo is AI-assisted. This page says that in the open, then covers revisions, ownership, training, and how a cut actually moves.

Edits are produced by an AI editor supervised by NYPTID Industries. You are not hiring a human freelancer. The editor is still learning, so revisions stay unlimited until you approve the briefed cut. We do not invent reviews, star ratings, or view-count promises.

Do you invent reviews, stars, or a client roster?
+
No. The Reviews page and homepage only show written reviews from delivered work, and only when there are enough of them. Until then those surfaces stay empty. We do not invent stars or quotes. First name only. The Work page stays empty until a client agrees to show a piece. Names on Pricing (Cineac, Lume, Fern, and the rest) are craft references, not clients.
Who is KeyVelo for?
+
Two buyers, one rate card. A consumer tryout is 70 Higgsfield credits per free period, one meter, for assist work. Premium craft buyers brief unique long-form, documentary, brand, and motion packages in the Lume / Fern class, quoted. The creator lane is still Shorts, podcasts, thumbnails, and gaming YouTube. Channel size changes the paid price in the open. There is no invented enterprise SKU.
What does the free tryout include?
+
70 Higgsfield credits per free period. That is the only free number we show. Assist work shares that meter. A quoted edit is separate and sits on the published rate card. We do not invent a second free cash pool.
How does a project actually move?
+
Brief, edit, deliver. You approve a priced quote, hand over footage, the AI editor cuts the first pass, and you leave timestamped notes in NChat until you approve. The order, the cut, and the notes live on this site. There is no separate agency desk.
What does still learning mean?
+
The editor improves from work delivered through this platform. That is why revisions stay unlimited until you approve the briefed cut. Extra rounds are not a paid add-on. A change of direction is a new brief and is re-quoted.
Do you publish my work or sell my footage?
+
We do not publish a piece unless you agree for that project. We do not sell your data. Footage may train this editor unless you opt out. We do not send your footage to train models run by unrelated companies. Opting out never changes your price or your place in the queue.
Is this an AI editor or a human freelancer?
+
An AI editor, supervised by NYPTID Industries. You are not hiring a human freelancer. Tools assemble the cut, captions, and grade; a learning loop plus your notes in NChat steer the recut. We say that on the Terms page, not in a footnote.
What do the tools do, and what do I still approve?
+
The tools ingest footage, cut to the brief, grade, and lay captions. You approve the first pass and every recut in NChat. Nothing publishes itself. A change of direction is a new brief, not a silent tool decision.
What do you need from me to start?
+
The footage and a sense of what you want. The brief covers the rest, and if references say it better than words, links are enough.
How fast is turnaround?
+
Standard is 5-7 days. Rush is 72 hours at ×1.3. Same-day is under 24 hours at ×1.6. Both depend on the current queue, which you see before you pay.
What if the first cut misses?
+
Revisions stay free and unlimited until the briefed cut is how you want it. The editor is still learning, so there is no extra-round charge. A change of direction is re-quoted. If we cannot deliver what was briefed, the Refunds page is the rule.
Do you do thumbnails, Shorts, and long-form?
+
Yes. Short-form vertical, long-form YouTube, ads, VSLs, motion packages, documentary, and thumbnails are on the published rate card. A thumbnail set alongside a video is $60 for three concepts, or as a standalone order.
Who owns the finished work?
+
You do, outright, once it is paid for. We only feature work in the portfolio if you agree for that specific project.
Does my footage train the editor?
+
Yes, unless you opt out. Opting out never changes your price or your place in the queue. The Privacy Policy is the full rule.
Why does channel size change the price?
+
It is how this industry prices creative work. A spot for a brand with real reach costs more than the same spot for a channel starting out. Smaller creators pay less.
